Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR manager or in a similar leadership role within Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and direct the HR department's routine functions, including hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy enforcement.
Role & Purpose:
Lead and manage all HR functions in line with company strategy; champion a culture of professionalism, compliance, continuous learning, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive HR process automation and improvements.
Ensure timely escalation of all key staff movements (resignations, contract expiries, extensions) to senior leadership no surprises.
Define and enforce service-level agreements for HR queries (e.g., all management-level questions answered within 24 hours).
Own and track all HR transformation projects (e.g., overtime automation, Flow HCM enhancements), with clear milestones, RACI charts, and weekly status updates.
Maintain succession plans and documented handover protocols so the HR function runs smoothly during planned or unplanned absences.
Conduct background checks, including residence verification, reference checks, and clearance from the last organization, for all new hires and periodically for existing employees.
