Role & Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely escalation of all key staff movements (resignations, contract expiries, extensions) to senior leadership no surprises.

  • Define and enforce service-level agreements for HR queries (e.g., all management-level questions answered within 24 hours).

  • Own and track all HR transformation projects (e.g., overtime automation, Flow HCM enhancements), with clear milestones, RACI charts, and weekly status updates.

  • Maintain succession plans and documented handover protocols so the HR function runs smoothly during planned or unplanned absences.

  • Conduct background checks, including residence verification, reference checks, and clearance from the last organization, for all new hires and periodically for existing employees.
