Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Production & Programs to join our core team. This role is central to ensuring Filmabad’s programs, events, and productions run smoothly and professionally.
Role OverviewThe Head of Production & Programs will be responsible for managing the logistics, operations, and execution of Filmabad’s core activities — from bootcamps and labs to special events and the MEHFILM festival. This role is about making things happen : turning ideas into smooth, well-run experiences for our community.
You will work directly with the Founder and the Director of Sponsorships & Community, and be a key part of Filmabad’s leadership triangle.
Key Responsibilities1. Bootcamp Production
