Perseus, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., acquires independently managed software companies around the world. It provides them with the strategic guidance and financial security they need to become leaders within their respective markets.

As the Information Security Governance Officer for the Perseus operating group, the resource will support the Perseus operating group's central privacy team and certain companies within the Perseus operating group to meet federal, state, and agency security requirements by working with the Perseus operating group's IT, Sales and Support Teams. The resource will also be working with specific business units to understand and communicate industry security and compliance-related topics.

We are looking for individuals who move fast, can break down and solve complex problems, and have a strong will to get things done. The successful hire will be located and work out of one of the Contour Software offices (with a preference for Karachi), working as part of the resource-center team, and will report to the Perseus Operating Group's Privacy Officer.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE ARMY BACKGROUND.

1. Carry out all security measures at the factories, with special emphasis on the following:

1. Ensure that the incoming goods (raw material etc.) reach the warehouse or stores in accordance with the invoices or delivery orders. The objective here is that correct counting is done at all receiving and loading points.
2. Ensure that outgoing dispatches of finished goods are in accordance with the computer-generated papers. The objective here is that correct counting is done at all receiving and loading points.

2. Ensure full control on the entry and exit of persons coming in and going out of the company premises in coordination with the Manager Factories / HR. Also, ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies in this regard. Coordinate with the IT department to ensure maximum utilization of the attendance system (TMS).

3. Ensure proper monitoring and maximum utilization of CCTV system for security purposes at Hilal. Manage CCTV surveillance of CEO and Directors House.

4. Ensure the safety and security of all employees and premises at Hilal 1, Hilal 2, Shalimar, Elahi Warehouse, and Hyderabad Factory. Also, ensure safe custody of all keys of the factory premises as per approved SOPs.

5. Lead the Fire Team at Hilal. Manage the firefighting team including the fire hydrants, encouraging fire drills and frequent fire training.

6. You will have complete authority:

1. To guard against the pilferage of finished goods and raw material from the factories and to take measures to eradicate it.
2. To confiscate any goods in case of any doubt. No one else except the Directors and CEO will have the authority to permit the release of goods that have been confiscated.
3. To conduct searches of cars and vehicles of all employees at all levels that are going outside the factory premises. However, there would be exemptions for Directors & CEO of the company.
4. Take appropriate action against those who violate discipline in the factory premises, in coordination with the Human Resource Department and the Sr. Manager. Any person responsible for indiscipline could be expelled from factory premises. Such expelled person(s) could only be allowed to come back in the factory with the specific permission of the CEO/Director.

Main responsibilities of the position include:

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the plant premises
• Oversee and monitor the activities of external transporters, and individuals on the premises
• Supervise administrative staff to streamline existing processes and increase efficiency/output of the function

Ideal candidate should have the following profile:

• Graduation/ Masters with trainings in the areas of Administration and Security
• Experience of 5 years in an industrial setup
• Ex-Army Officer with post retirement experience in a civil organization will be preferred

• Red Teaming:
  • Plan and execute advanced red team engagements, simulating real-world cyberattacks to test organizational defenses.
  • Perform reconnaissance, social engineering, privilege escalation, and lateral movement to identify weaknesses in security controls.
  • Collaborate with blue teams to validate detection and response capabilities, providing actionable insights to improve security posture.
  • Document red team activities, including attack scenarios, methodologies, and outcomes, in clear and concise reports.

• Client Handling:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Conduct scoping meetings, gather requirements, and tailor security assessments to meet client-specific needs and objectives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients in a professional and approachable manner, addressing both technical and business audiences.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Project Management and Delivery:
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within scope and budget.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Proactively identify risks and challenges in engagements and implement solutions to maintain project momentum.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security, with a focus on VAPT and red teaming.
  • Proven track record in a vendor-side company, delivering security services to diverse clients across industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end VAPT engagements, including scoping, execution, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience in red team operations, including adversarial simulation and advanced attack techniques.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
  • GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
  • Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP)
