  • Conduct manual reviews and reconciliations of data extracted from NetSuite and other source systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Execute data verification checks post-system updates or data loads to confirm data integrity.

System & Platform Management:

  • Prepare, format, and execute data uploads into our FP&A platform, Pigment, ensuring successful data mapping and integration.
  • Routinely update and refresh underlying data tables for corporate dashboards and financial reports in our BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data load errors or issues within Pigment and other connected systems.

Process & Reporting Support:

  • Support the monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting cycle by ensuring all foundational data is accurate and readily available.
  • Assist the global FP&A team with ad-hoc data pulls, consolidation, and formatting requests.
  • Document data management processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data quality and automate manual data-handling tasks.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a financial analysis, data analysis, or corporate accounting role.
  • Hands-on experience working with an ERP system, with a strong preference for NetSuite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality control.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve data discrepancies independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, global team environment and manage time-sensitive tasks.
  • Experience in using FP&A software tools, such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar tools.
