Contract Specification : Only open for eligible foreign nationals.
Contract Duration:
15-months fixed period contract renewable on mutual agreement for further period.
Approx 3 months initial training followed by 12 months of flying duties.
To conduct assigned flights in accordance with the detailed provisions of the Airline Operational Manual and in compliance with the respective civil aviation authority related regulations.
He/she must ensure ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights; supports and guides the flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively, and takes control over the flight to ensure successful performance and positive corporate image.

Liaises with co-pilots (First Officer and Second Officer) and Dispatch Team prior to each flight ensuring flight/cabin crew members are well prepared and provided with required information, this includes aircraft technical status, route preferences, weather, fuel, weight, distribution of roles, etc.
Ensures, within the safety constraints as detailed in the relevant sections of the Airline’s Operations Manual, that the aircraft is flown so as to make most efficient and effective use of fuel during the flight.
Ensures the required safety, security, fuel, and transit checks are carried for each flight by the Flight/Cabin assigned crew members before, during and post each flight. Takes necessary action and directs the crew on how to react in case of safety or security irregularities; decides on escalations if needed.
Qualifications (Academic, training, languages)Appropriate ATPL License is a must.
He/she must pass the technical/psychometric assessment for Pilots as per the Airline and respective civil aviation authority standards.

Salary and BenefitsMonthly Salary During the Initial Training:
During the Training period (Until the Final Line Check) you will be paid AED 22,000 (Equivalent to US$6,000) (Net Salary) / per month (Pro-rated for the part of the month) plus Per diem.
Monthly Salary after Training / Final Line Check: (For Up to 60 Block hours in a month)
AED 33,800 (Equivalent to US$9,200) / per month (Net Salary) plus Per Diem
Flying pay above 60 block hours in a month:
Every block hour above 60 Block hours in a month will be paid @ AED. 475 (Equivalent to US 130)
AED 184 (Equivalent of US 50) per day (On an average of US 1,500 per month), will be paid towards food and other miscellaneous expenses.
Accommodation:
You will be provided with suitable hotel accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the base of operation and layover stations for the full duration of the contract. In addition, personal laundry at the Hotel – 4 pieces of clothes per day.
Transportation:
You will be provided with suitable ground transportation from Accommodation to and from Airports/Office for all rostered flight duties.
Travel:
The company shall arrange and pay for economy class tickets at the commencement and end of the contract along with up to 50 kilos of baggage allowance.
Unlimited standby tickets on Air Arabia group network during the contract period.
After completion of 6 months, you will be eligible for MYID travel benefits.
You will be provided with uniforms and laundry service for the duration of the contract.
Roster & Day off:
- You are entitled to 30 calendar days of Annual Leave Vacation (ALV) per completed year of service (accruing at 2.5 days per month).

Basic Airport, security procedures and regulations training is an advantage.
Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.

Work Experience
Minimum of 4000 hours of flying a type of aircraft.
Minimum of 800 hours as PIC on Airbus 320 is required.
Possesses acceptable industry knowledge in aircraft systems and operating procedures.
Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to and affecting Flight Operations.
Capable of implementing policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.
Cost-oriented, possesses effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
High accuracy and attention to both results and details.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Salary During the Initial Training:
During the Training period (Until the Final Line Check) you will be paid AED 20,199 (Equivalent to US$5,500) (Net Salary) per month (Pro-rated for the part of the month) plus Per diem.
Monthly Salary after Training / Final Line Check:
AED 27,544 (Equivalent to US$,500) per month (Net Salary) plus Per Diem (For up to 60 Block hours in a month).
Flying pay above 60 block hours in a month:
Every block hour above 60 Block hours in a month will be paid @ AED 404 (Equivalent to US 110).
Per Diem:
AED 184 (Equivalent of US 50) per day (On an average of US 1,500 per month), paid towards food and other miscellaneous expenses.
Accommodation:
You will be provided with suitable hotel accommodation on a Bed & Breakfast basis at the base of operation and layover stations for the full duration of the contract. In addition, personal laundry at the Hotel – 4 pieces of clothes per day.
Transportation
You will be provided with suitable ground transportation from Accommodation to and from Airports/Office for all rostered flight duties.
Travel
The company shall arrange and pay for economy class tickets at the commencement and end of the contract along with up to 50 kilos of baggage allowance.
Unlimited standby tickets on Air Arabia group network during the contract period.
After completion of 6 months, you will be eligible for MYID travel benefits.
Uniforms / Laundry
You will be provided with uniforms and laundry service for the duration of the contract.
Roster & Day off
You are entitled to 30 calendar days of Annual Leave Vacation (ALV) per completed year of service (accruing at 2.5 days per month).
Paid vacation is granted following the successful completion of initial training and Line Flying release in the UAE, as well as upon the start of regular rostered flying duties in Pakistan.
Your paid vacation days will be combined with rostered OFF days each month, guaranteeing a minimum of seven consecutive free-of-duty days (Paid Vacation + OFF days) per month.
