Job Specification

• Manage and supervise Civil Team and contractors
• Manage and modification of all civil activities during operations
• Working with team to complete project on time and within budget
• Supervise and manage all civil work that carried out by the sub-contractor, like construction, and fabrication etc

S/He should be able to liaison with foreign consultants and strict implementation of time lines, specifications, coordination with consultants and contractors. Knowledge of AutoCAD, latest construction techniques, application of new construction materials and the concept of green building is a must.B.E from a reputable university with a minimum of 10 years’ experience of managing state-of-the-art buildings locally & abroad. Should have vast experience of Quality Control, designing, bar bending schedules, BOQ’S etc

Civil Engineering/Architecture or relevant technical discipline.

Responsibilities:
1) Monitoring and supervision of the project's day-to-day activities.
2) Monitoring and supervision of Consultant's performance. Ensure timely issuance of information.
3) Monitoring & supervision of Contractor's performance in compliance with quality requirements, project schedule, and contractual specifications.
4) Assist with the liaison of the required regulatory/services providers for approvals.

Qualifications:
1) Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
2) Minimum 8 years working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in property development is an added advantage.
3) Computer literate, particularly in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
4) Good command of documentation, able to work as a team player, and strong project management skills.
5) Candidate must be broad-minded and adaptable.
