10. Provide training and mentorship to staff members (especially SME managers) in research methodologies and analytical techniques, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
11. Adhere to SBP guidelines for promoting SME business, including conducting roadshows and collaborating with organizations like IFC and SMEDA.
12. Prepare research papers, reports, and presentations for internal and external audiences; publish findings in journals and present at conferences.

**Who You'll Work With**
+ Work as an individual contributor to define and execute Advanced Analytics solutions that address client use cases and business requirements.
+ Work in close coordination with Data Science teams in other GSIH centers as well International Data Science teams to serve global customers.
+ Will need to be a quick learner with the desire to improve skill sets
+ As this is a project-oriented position in either onsite or offsite situations having accountability for managing client expectations while delivering the services and solutions associated with the Teradata database
+ This position will combine direct client consulting engagement activities, new solution development and analytics positioning responsibilities
**What Makes You a Qualified Candidate**
+ Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in a related discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science)
+ 5+ years of related work and/or research experience in quantitative roles
+ In-depth knowledge in at least 2 of the following data science domains
+ Text Mining / NLP
+ Graph and Network Analysis
+ Deep Learning/Gen AI
+ Geospatial Analysis
+ Signal Processing, Image, Video
+ Predictive Modeling and Recommender Systems
+ Extensive knowledge of at least one open-source scientific language such as Python
+ Knowledge of working with AI/ML modules of cloud providers is a plus
+ Fluency in SQL and good knowledge of relational databases
+ Passionate about asking and answering questions in large, distributed datasets
Experience with at least one general purpose, high level programming language such as C/C++, Java, PHP, or Python
