Job Description

Follow macro plan bifurcate in accordance with co-priorities and constitute a micro plan. Record the interim changes, if occurs. Troubleshoot / fix the resources shortage. Keep a close liaison with quality management systems. Keep appropriate inventories back to support production operations and maintain supply chain. Add value by using benchmarking strategies in overall operations. Follow and implement all regulatory requirements as and when required basis. Gather respective customer feedback and respond to customer complaints proactively. Maintain validation and its records for newly introduced products, run trial batch, collect and keep records of QC analysis. Arrange some 2nd/3rd party product analysis. Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance for maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Keep update all documents, files, maps, records, policies, and procedures for smooth operations. Ensure safety, health and environment at plant. Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Leadership and Good communication skills both oral and written.
Can handle work pressure.
Knowledge of plant and production operations.
Strong analytical and problem solving.

Must be computer literate.

Supervising daily analysis of Q.C., maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results, and giving feedback and guidance to the production. Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate quality.

Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.

Perform the quality inspection process of new part samples and record the data.

Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.

Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.

Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures.

Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.
