Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales & Operations Officer to join our team in Karachi Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, promoting and selling Hajj and Umrah packages, and managing the day-to-day operational tasks of the office. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to handle office responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Handling

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
  • Promote Hajj and Umrah packages by understanding client requirements and offering suitable options
  • Follow up on leads and work to convert them into confirmed bookings
  • Generate and share quotations and travel package details
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments, and communication in CRM or other systems

Operations and Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office tasks including documentation, filing, and client correspondence
  • Coordinate with the head office for confirmations, ticketing, visa updates, and other operational needs
  • Assist in the preparation and verification of client documents and travel requirements
  • Support the execution of transportation, accommodation, and travel logistics in line with company policy

Customer Support and Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after booking
  • Provide clear information about itinerary, orientation schedules, and required preparations
  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or travel-related services
  • Respective experience in Hajj, Umrah, or religious tourism operations will be preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Manager to lead our ERP business development efforts across Pakistan. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully selling 5–10 ERP solutions , including Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo , and is skilled at managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.

You’ll be instrumental in positioning Liztek’s ERP offerings to mid-sized and enterprise-level clients, collaborating closely with our pre-sales and technical teams to create customized, value-driven solutions.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite Travel Required)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Education: Minimum 16 Years (Bachelors/Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science)

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and closing ERP sales opportunities.
  • Present and pitch Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, Odoo , and related platforms to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Own the entire sales cycle —from prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for demo sessions, RFP responses, and solution design.
  • Understand client pain points and develop tailored ERP solutions that demonstrate ROI.
  • Maintain records, generate regular sales reports, and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to promote long-term engagement.
  • Stay current on industry trends, ERP technologies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–8 years of proven ERP sales experience (minimum 6–10 successful ERP solution sales).
  • Deep understanding of ERP products like Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, and Odoo .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field .
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work onsite Lahore and open to travel across Pakistan for client meetings and presentations.
