Experience: 08 – 12 years
Education: BSC Engineering/MBA
Responsibilities- Develop trade sales strategies and marketing plans for achieving the company’s sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure consistent achievement of trade sales, profitability, and recovery targets.
- Close liaison with dealers and address dealers’ complaints in a timely manner.
- Implementation of sales and after-sales SLAs of the company in true spirit.
- Ensure proper branding of the dealer’s shop and other required branding activities.
- Regular monitoring and reporting of market intelligence regarding the product, pricing, etc., and develop a counter strategy for the trade segment.
- Ensure trade sales teams build a healthy relationship with all FAST dealers.
- Suggest & and develop incentive schemes for dealers to boost sales activities and targets.
- Consistently work to develop and explore the new dealer’s development.
- Monitor sales activities in the trade segment. Assist team in generating sales activities by meeting dealers, and electricians on a regular basis.
- Attend different electricians or trade fairs to promote the FAST brand.
- Participate in sales strategic planning, policy development & and its implementation.
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development to successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Foresee, assess, and communicate risks when business decisions are made.
