We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager of E-Commerce to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Unit Manager to oversee and support the execution of e-commerce operations. You will serve as a vital link between cross-functional teams, such as marketing & design, media buying and customer support.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (2-3 years) in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the management of all aspects of e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
- Support media buying efforts to drive customer acquisition, optimize advertising strategies, and track ROI for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support the team with data analysis, reporting, and insights to guide e-commerce strategies, making recommendations based on performance metrics and trends.
- Act as a liaison between various departments (e-commerce, marketing & design, customer support, etc.) to ensure alignment of goals, initiatives, and seamless communication across teams.
- Address operational challenges and ensure issues are resolved efficiently by collaborating with relevant teams, maintaining a focus on timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, driving e-commerce growth, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with teams to ensure product listings, website layout, and UX/UI are optimized for a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches across e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and media buying practices.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and performance tracking tools.
