Seeking a Project Manager to join their Product team. While Product Owners focus on what we build and why, this role is all about how and when. The Project Manager drives the execution of software development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and with high quality. This is not a static role - priorities shift daily with bugs, feature requests, and new demands. The Project Manager must thrive in a dynamic environment, constantly adapting plans, reallocating resources, and keeping delivery on track even when circumstances change. This is a remote opportunity, and candidates are expected to fully overlap with North American hours.

Responsibilities
  • Execution & Delivery: Build and maintain project timelines, roadmaps, and milestones - adjusting frequently as priorities evolve.
  • Coordinate across engineering, QA, and product teams to allocate resources effectively and manage shifting workloads.
  • Track progress against evolving plans, report status, and escalate blockers or risks quickly.
  • Manage scope, risks, and schedules to keep delivery commitments on track. Drive accountability and ensure team focus during periods of change.
  • Team & Workflow Coordination: Translate backlog priorities from Product Owners into actionable, flexible project plans.
  • Balance planned development work with urgent requests, bugs, and shifting priorities.
  • Monitor delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput) to anticipate bottlenecks and improve execution.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Provide clear, timely updates on shifting priorities, resource trade-offs, and delivery risks.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reports that reflect the real-time state of projects.
  • Ensure alignment between Product Owners (what/why) and engineering teams (how/when).
Qualifications
  • To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a software development or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, manage changing priorities, and reallocate resources in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Azure Devops, Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience: 2 to 6 years
Working Days & Timings

Monday-Friday (9 hrs a day) - Flexible

Fully overlap with North American hours
