Job Description:

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for generating financial support for organizing lacrosse events in Pakistan and abroad. This position is crucial for securing funds to sustain and grow lacrosse initiatives, including tournaments, training camps, and development programs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the financial needs of the Pakistan Lacrosse Federation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or business development, with a track record of successful fundraising campaigns or initiatives.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve fundraising targets.
5. Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly lacrosse, and an understanding of the fundraising landscape in Pakistan and internationally.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software/tools is an advantage.

Compensation: The Fundraising Manager will receive a percentage-based commission on the funds raised, with no fixed salary. The percentage rate will be determined based on performance and fundraising targets.
