Must have contributed to a sustained body of scholarship in a defined area of focus (e.g. Reproductive health, maternal, fetal and newborn health, family planning, other related clinical research) as demonstrated through publication, presentation, change to practice or policy and/or other forms of dissemination that is recognized at a national and international level. Has demonstrated leadership skills at institutional, national and international level. Strong mentorship experience and skills are an added advantage.

Associate Professor; should have completed Ph.D or equivalent preferably with an MBBS degree, with five or more years as Assistant Professor. Must have contributed to a sustained body of scholarship in a defined area of focus as demonstrated through publication, presentation, change to practice or policy and/or other forms of dissemination that is recognized at a national and international level.Has demonstrated securing training and or research grants.

Assistant Professor; should have completed Ph.D or equivalent preferably with an MBBS degree, with two years post doctoral experience.
