As an Admissions Officer, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the admissions process and engaging with prospective students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining detailed records of all visitors and incoming calls, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future follow-up.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for walk-in visitors, guiding them through the enrolment process and assisting with applications via our Admission Portal.

- Conducting outreach activities at colleges to promote our undergraduate programs and engage with prospective students.
- Organizing and conducting presentation sessions, events, and education fairs at various educational institutions and events.
- Assisting in the admissions process, including reviewing applications, verifying documents, scheduling tests and interviews, and issuing offer letters.
- Collaborating with internal departments to compile test results and coordinate fee invoicing for admitted candidates.
- Following up with admitted candidates, guiding them through the enrolment process, and ensuring a seamless transition to confirmed students.
- Undertaking any additional tasks assigned within a similar capacity.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in admissions, student recruitment, or related roles of at least 1-2 years.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.
