Supervises minor maintenance and servicing of parking system equipment and vehicles. Ability to operate light and heavy machinery, including skid loaders, dump trucks, tractors, trailers, plow vehicles, garden, and snow equipment. Determines the need for outside contractors to be involved in construction projects. Maintains appropriate documentation of maintenance schedules, equipment installations, structural repairs, work orders, and other operating reports for each parking facility and/or location. Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses. Performs other related tasks and duties as assigned.
