As our Pre Sales Consultant, you will support HID’s success by:

  • You will be covering the DACH region and partially the Benelux region.
  • Support the sales team and partners closing deals with current and prospective Customers, organize regular conference calls and meetings accordingly.
  • Identify, drive, and optimize revenue from business opportunities by leveraging HID technologies.
  • Build trusting relationships with technology decision-makers and influencers. Gain a deep understanding of the channel partners’ technology and business strategy.
  • Collaborate with HID Product Marketing and Engineering teams on the requirements and perspectives of our customers. Improve HID’s portfolio by providing regular partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management.
  • Maintain a strong technical command of the HID portfolio. Ability to learn new technical concepts by leveraging internal experts and external resources such as field experts and technical articles.
  • Listen and understand the overall goals of a customer, and how best to design a solution that will work in large scale diverse environments.
  • Organize demos and POC to properly represent HID during seminars, conferences and tradeshows
  • Maintain a strong technical command of the HID portfolio. Ability to learn new technical concepts by leveraging internal experts and external resources such as field experts and technical articles.

  • Proven & verifiable track record of successful technical sales leadership.
  • Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and complete short-term and/or long-term tasks and project assignments on time.
  • Professional appearance and presentation required.

Required Technical Skills

  • Deep understanding of the components of a Physical Access Control Solution and how they talk to each other.
  • RFID and electronics.
  • Understanding of how software solutions talk to each other using APIs.
  • Structure and representation of digital information (bits, bytes, MSB/LSB, JSON, CSV etc.)
  • Networking (routers, switches, TCP/IP, MQTT, TLS etc.)

The Role

As a Senior Sustainability Consultant at NeuerEnergy, you’ll lead impactful environmental and social change by helping clients reduce their carbon footprint and adopt sustainable practices. You’ll report to the Sustainability Lead and collaborate with UK and regional teams to ensure alignment with both global standards and Pakistan’s environmental governance framework.

You’ll support sales and shape sustainability, net-zero, and reporting strategies for clients internationally, ranging from local governments to data centres and financial institutions. You'll ensure a smooth onboarding experience, deliver excellent platform support, and contribute to carbon footprinting, net-zero initiatives, and business development through direct client engagement and events.

Ideal candidates will thrive in entrepreneurial settings, excel at client interaction, and take initiative. You’ll bring expertise in sustainable development, feasibility studies, strategic planning, and technical reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with a creative and resilient mindset, are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sustainability strategies and net zero carbon strategies for a diverse range of clients, including key segments such as Local Government, Data Centres, and Banks internationally.
  • Champion the onboarding of customers and provide excellent customer support for the NeuerEnergy platform.
  • Support corporate net zero strategy work.
  • Conduct carbon footprinting and lifecycle assessments in line with GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, and Pakistan’s National Climate Change Policy.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including face-to-face events and meetings.
  • Initiate and support the development of design tools in conjunction with the tech team, as well as design and process innovations.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in understanding opportunities related to sustainable development, developing strategies, and carrying out feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality technical advice, reports, case studies, presentations, and training materials.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, driven by data, enabling you to make informed and impactful decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to manage product delivery with a wide-ranging portfolio of clients.
  • Pre-sales capabilities and the ability to interpret and provide insights from energy and carbon data.
  • Good understanding of legislative details in schemes such as Pak-EPA, provincial EPAs, PSQCA, PNAC, and PEC etc.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or ISO 14064 standards (locally accredited by PNAC or PSQCA-certified bodies).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Creative and innovative approach to develop unique and effective solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
  • Knowledge of sustainability schemes such as LEED, EDGE, or local equivalents (Pakistan Green Building Council).
  • Awareness of corporate reporting and disclosure frameworks such as GHG Protocol, GRI, and SECP CSR guidelines.
Desirable
  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree, or relevant experience in architecture, engineering, environment, sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • A broader grounding in environmental and social sustainability themes, with particular expertise in one or more specialist areas.
  • Knowledge of policies and emerging solutions related to sustainable development.
  • Ideally holds a sustainability certification such as Environmental Management, Carbon Accounting, or Sustainability Auditing.

Education: Master’s degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Public Health, or related field .

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IEC/BCC material development in SRHR, MHD, or gender-focused projects.

Responsibilities
  • Needs Assessment & Content Planning
    • Develop print and digital IEC materials (posters, brochures, infographics, flip charts, training modules, short videos, and social media content).
    • Ensure materials are culturally sensitive, gender-transformative, inclusive, and easy-to-understand for diverse groups, including marginalized populations.
    • Highlight the nexus of MHD, climate change resilience, digital awareness, and SRHR advocacy.
  • Campaign lead
    • Develop the material as per the decided theme for communication campaign
    • Support in digital campaign content creation for awareness drives.
  • Capacity Building & Training Support
    • Provide orientation to project staff, youth ambassadors, and disaster management workers on effective use of IEC materials.
Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing inclusive, feminist, and youth-friendly communication products.
  • Familiarity with climate change, humanitarian response, and digital advocacy.
  • Strong writing, visualization, and communication skills (Urdu & English).
  • Ability to work with graphic design tools and social media platforms (desirable).
