Position Overview

We are seeking an
Academic Research Supervisor
to guide and support students/researchers in developing, conducting, and completing high-quality academic research projects. The supervisor will play a key role in providing mentorship, methodological guidance, and subject expertise to ensure research meets academic and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic supervision and mentorship to undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral students.
• Guide students in refining research proposals, objectives, and methodology.
• Support in literature review development, research design, and data analysis (qualitative and/or quantitative).
• Review and provide constructive feedback on drafts, ensuring alignment with academic standards.
• Monitor progress through regular supervision meetings and progress reports.
• Advise on research ethics, plagiarism avoidance, and referencing standards.
• Assist students in preparing research outputs, such as dissertations, theses, or journal publications.
• Stay updated with current developments in the relevant discipline.
• Foster independent thinking, critical analysis, and academic writing skills among students.

Requirements & Qualifications
