WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BECoordination:- Support the HC Head and CBD Head on managing schedules, daily agenda, critical actions, team communication and follow ups on key actions, different ongoing projects and managerial tasks.- Administrative process coordination support for team.- Manage local, domestic & international travel for BU/CBD Head and team (starting from Ticketing, Transportation, Accommodation, sorting Travel Agenda, etc.)- Manage regional periodical visits through coordinating ticketing, accommodation, inland transportation, Itinerary preparation and coordinating with all visiting venues on the compliance of requirements.Administration:- Manage smooth supply of administrative logistics of Supply Chain function.- Support in executing team meetings, conferences, workshops, seminars, trainings for team- Raise requisitions for service & supplies, issue Purchase order, payment processing and monitor payment through Procurement SAP software system for general Manager- Organization of Employee Engagement Activities e.g. team outings, lunches, dinners etc.Support HR Initiatives:- Work closely with the HR Business partners on execution of capability and engagement programs.- Schedule onboarding sessions for new joiners in line with HR Plans.
