Job Purpose
The Financial Analyst supports the Order to Cash function, ensuring all allocated tasks are completed timely and accurately within a strong control environment. The role helps deliver the Finance vision of a world‑class finance function, underpinning GSK’s vision.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree

- Responsible for O2C activities including Cash Application, Credit and Debit management, Billing/ invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collection and Dispute management, and Customer Master Data Maintenance (MDM).
- Create and send invoices to customers; manage billing documentation.
- Apply cash remittances and adjustments, investigate unallocated cash, process post‑dated cheques, bill of exchange payments, and postings of returned payments.
- Manage collections and disputes: debt collection, bad debt provisioning, account closures, duplicate deposits, dunning, factoring receipts, and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain Customer Master in ERP: set up customer codes, trade list prices, surcharges, sales distribution, discounts, rebates, commissions, and royalties.
- Provide process updates, attend dashboard calls and respond to critical issues.
- Establish effective relationships with internal and external partners through written and verbal communication.
- Perform analysis and solve lower‑complexity problems related to daily tasks.
- Update activity trackers and route out‑of‑scope issues to internal teams.
