1) Closely communicate with the Inspection Coordinators to schedule the inspection assigned.

3) Complete inspection report with photos and submit it to the Technical Manager within the required time limit.

4) Submit the inspector’s job expense claim form and reimbursement documents monthly and meet financial requirements.

5) Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/management.

Requirements:

- College graduate or above.

- Having more than 1 year more working experience in the inspection field or quality control background of products of softlines or hardlines.

- Familiar with the AQL standard and good knowledge of safety and regulation standards.

- Good command of written & oral English.

- Ideal person is a well-organized team player, able to solve on-site problems independently, and with good interpersonal skills.

The Head of QA/QC is responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all products and processes. This leadership role oversees both Quality Assurance (process-oriented) and Quality Control (product-oriented) functions to ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and implement the organization's quality management strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, fostering a culture of quality excellence
• Establish quality KPIs and report to senior management on performance metrics

2. Quality Systems & Compliance:

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, or other relevant standards
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FDA, CE, OSHA, etc. as applicable)
• Oversee document control including SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals

3. Process Improvement:

• Implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce defects and improve efficiency
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments

4. Product Quality Oversight:

• Establish quality control procedures for incoming, in-process, and final inspection
• Manage non-conformance processes including quarantine and disposition
• Oversee testing protocols and laboratory operations (if applicable)

5. Supplier & Customer Quality:

• Manage supplier quality through audits and performance monitoring
• Handle customer quality complaints and warranty claims
• Conduct quality audits (internal, supplier, and customer)
• Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
• 10+ years in QA/QC roles with 5+ years in leadership positions
• Experience in (specify industry: manufacturing, pharma, construction, etc.)

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, etc.)
• Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, MSA)
• Experience with quality testing equipment and methodologies

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
• Six Sigma Black Belt
• Lead Auditor certification

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication with all organizational levels

Skills:

ISO9001 Auditor, SPC, ISO 9001,

Competencies required: Perform ISO/SGS audits regularly. Quality report writing. In-depth working with standards of quality control such as TQM, SQM, ISO Certifications, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM. Bridging production process and process improvement.

Communicate with auditors as a company's QA/QC representative. Lead, train, develop, and mentor production and QA/QC staff.

Your Role: Quality Control Specialist

As our Quality Control (QC) Specialist, you're not just reviewing videos—you're ensuring that every piece of content maintains our high-quality benchmarks. You will oversee the quality assurance of edited videos, focusing on detecting defects, correcting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll ensure that the final product meets all technical and aesthetic requirements, transforming raw video content into polished masterpieces.

What You’ll Do

• Video Quality Assurance: Review videos for sound, color, lighting, and overall quality to meet client standards. Implement quality control procedures and recommend improvements based on client feedback and industry trends to maintain excellence.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use QC tools to track team performance, generate detailed reports, and analyze trends. Conduct weekly reviews to provide actionable feedback and drive continuous improvement across projects.
• Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Partner with editing and project management teams to resolve quality concerns effectively. Proactively suggest and implement enhancements that align with client needs and evolving expectations.
• Team Management & Workload Balancing: Assess team bandwidth, request additional resources when needed, and manage leave approvals to ensure balanced workloads and uninterrupted project execution.

• Language & Communication: Strong fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to editing teams while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Video Production & Technical Skills: Proven experience in video production, editing, and content review, with familiarity in QC processes, tools, and video editing software (preferred but not essential).
• Independence & Leadership: Capable of working independently and remotely, with prior experience in project leadership or team management being advantageous.
