Looking for a FCCM Technical Consultant who has

  • Support all phases of deploying the FCCM solutions at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate level degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering

  • Expert in PLSQL, Oracle DB concepts, various Webserver configurations (WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat etc.), configuring LDAP, Schedulers like ControlM etc.

This is a field-based role requiring active engagement with companies, agencies, and HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive corporate client acquisition by engaging directly with HR leaders, executives, and senior decision-makers.
  • Sell a wide portfolio of HR & business services: Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Psychometric Testing, Payroll & Compliance, Legal Services, and Performance Management.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches that demonstrate real business value.
  • Build long-term partnerships that lead to recurring revenue and stronger client retention.
  • Act as the face of the company in Karachi's corporate market, expanding networks and driving visibility.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets while contributing to the company's rapid growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience (insurance, banking, pharma, corporate services, or consulting).
  • A strong track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A network of corporate decision-makers in Karachi (a big plus).
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), but your sales results matter most.
  • A proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically.
