Role Purpose
The Head of Solution Consulting is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for enabling B2B revenue growth by translating business needs into tailored technology solutions across Cloud, IoT, Analytics, and Marketing Tech . Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, define solution scope, and present customized technical proposals to clients
- Lead and grow a team of solution consultants across key verticals: Cloud & Cybersecurity, IoT, and Analytics-as-a-Service
- Manage the end-to-end solution consulting lifecycle — from discovery and business requirement gathering to technical design and proposal

- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science or MBA. Combination of both is preferred
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or enterprise consulting, product ideally in cloud, tech, or SI environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise technologies including cloud platforms (VMware, Redhat OpenShift, Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, IoT, and data analytics, both on prem and as a service
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support multimillion-dollar sales pursuits
