Position Overview:
As our HR Manager/Director, you will build and scale the HR systems, processes, and culture that support a fast-growing social impact company. You will be responsible for shaping policies, overseeing recruitment and retention, supporting employee development, and aligning people practices with 'her Machine Machine's vision of empowerment, innovation, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Design and oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain high-performing, mission-aligned talent. - HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks tailored for a growing startup. - Performance & Growth:

Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience:
5+ years of HR leadership experience (startup or scaling company experience preferred). - Expertise:
Strong understanding of HR frameworks, labor laws, and organizational development. - Leadership:
Ability to build and lead a people-first culture while managing multiple priorities. - Mindset:
