Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
· Develop And Implement Detailed Project Execution Plans, Schedules, and Resource.

· Ensure compliance with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) / Royal Commission / Local.
· Municipal Regulations.
· Coordinate Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Works (Excavation, Duct Banks, Asphalt.
· Cutting, Reinstatement, etc.).
Contract Management
· Act as the Primary Interface with the Royal Commission, end-users (JIC, JTI, Royal
· Hospitality Palace, King Abdullah Cultural Center, etc.), and subcontractors.
· Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, and ensure timely approvals of shop
· drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Technical Oversight
· Supervise Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of:
I. MV/LV cables (up to 500–630 mm², 13.8 kV, XLPE).
II. RMUs, ATS (up to 3200A), MDPs, EMDPs.
III. Generators (750 kW, 1500 kW) and transformers (1000 kVA, 34.5/0.48 kV).
IV. Ensure SCADA integration, LSIG protection systems, and compliance with IEC/IEEE standards.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
· Enforce QA/QC procedures and ensure all inspections/tests are documented.
· Implement HSE plans in line with Saudi Aramco/RC standards.
· Ensure disposal of dismantled materials as per Royal Commission requirements.
Team & Resource Management
· Lead Multidisciplinary Teams (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Testing Engineers).
· Prepare Manpower Histograms and Ensure Optimal Resource Utilization.
· Mentor Site Engineers and Ensure Knowledge Transfer.
Reporting & Documentation
· Provide weekly/monthly progress reports, risk registers, and cost control updates.
· Maintain as-built documentation, commissioning reports, and handover dossiers.
Candidate Requirements
I. Education & Certification
· Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering (mandatory).
· PMP certification preferred.
· SEC/RC/Aramco-approved Project Manager status is an advantage.
II. Professional Experience
· Atleast Eight (8) years of experience in EPC/PMC projects, with at least 1 year in Saudi Arabia.
· Experience in MV/LV Distribution Projects, including cables, RMUs, ATS, MDPs, and Generators.
· Experience with Royal Commission projects in Jubail/Yanbu is highly desirable.
III. Technical Competencies
· Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, SEC, and RC standards.
· Familiarity with SCADA Integration, LSIG protection systems, and MV switchgear.
· Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project for scheduling and AutoCAD for design review.
IV. Soft Skills
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
