Position: Hardware Design Engineer – PCB
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Hardware Design Engineer – PCB to join our Hardware Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing complex multilayer PCBs, circuit analysis, and testing for embedded and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, simulate, and develop multilayer PCB layouts for embedded and digital/analog systems
- Create detailed schematics and BOMs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD)
- Collaborate with firmware/software teams for system-level integration
- Perform signal integrity and power analysis for design validation
- Prototype, test, and debug PCB assemblies
- Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and assembly vendors
- Maintain technical documentation for design and revisions
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong command over PCB design tools (Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad)
- Proficient in schematic design, layout routing, and component selection
- Experience with high-speed signal design, EMI/EMC considerations
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and analog/digital circuits
- Knowledge of DFM/DFT practices and design validation techniques
- Good understanding of power electronics and communication interfaces (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, etc.)
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automotive, IoT, or industrial electronics projects
- Exposure to testing tools: Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.
- Understanding of embedded firmware and system integration

Key Responsibilities
·Lead the design and development of high-speed, multilayer PCB layouts for embedded, analog, and digital systems.
·Oversee schematic creation, layout reviews, and BOM generation using tools like Altium Designer, OrCAD, or similar platforms.
·Drive system-level hardware architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, and testing).
·Perform advanced signal integrity, thermal, and power integrity analysis to ensure robust performance.
·Lead prototyping, bring-up, and debugging of hardware systems in lab environments.
·Liaise with PCB fabricators and assembly vendors to ensure DFM and DFT compliance.
·Manage hardware documentation, version control, and project timelines.
·Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Expertise
·Extensive experience in multilayer board design, including impedance control and high-speed routing
·Deep understanding of analog/digital circuit design, power electronics, and signal processing
·Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC standards and mitigation techniques
·Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and SoCs
·Hands-on experience with communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, CAN, Ethernet)
·Skilled in using lab instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.)
·Strong project management, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
