Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Engineer – Solar Energy with hands-on experience in solar project execution. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, capable of managing field surveys, designing, and coordinating across departments, with a strong focus on client handling and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Prepare detailed electrical and structural drawings
- Create and manage project BOQs
- Oversee supply, installation, and commissioning of solar projects
- Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, execution, design)
- Handle client communication, project updates, and feedback
- Troubleshoot and debug inverter and system issues
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the solar industry
will be preferred - Strong knowledge of solar inverters and system troubleshooting
- Proficient in AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Excel, and project documentation
- Must be solution-oriented and able to work independently
