- Ensure in-house systems and practices to improve the efficiency of the stores environment. Ensure Engineering store to provide potential and seamless support to Engineering department.
- As a document controller of Engineering department: maintain the list of documents, maintain list of repositories as per SOP (VQD-SOP and maintain the inventory and issuance of the documents in the department.
- Coordinate with document owners for the document revision/preparation e.g. (SOP, Impact assessment, etc.) and coordinate with the documentation SME/ record champion at site for destruction.
