Aspire92 is seeking a meticulous and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Consultancy Department. This role is focused on managing regulatory, tax, and compliance notices for individuals and businesses-primarily within the US tax system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Review, interpret, and respond to IRS and state tax notices or other regulatory correspondence for both individual and business clients.
- Prepare draft replies and supporting documentation; maintain organized records and audit trails.
- Communicate with IRS, state tax departments, and other regulatory authorities on behalf of clients.
- Conduct tax and legal research using reliable sources to craft accurate and professional responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., financial analysts, tax preparers) to resolve notices efficiently.
- Monitor deadlines to ensure timely responses to compliance-related communications.
- Educate clients on the implications of notices received and guide them through the resolution process.
- Draft professional memos, letters, and summaries for client communication.
- Stay updated on US tax compliance regulations, notice types, and appeal procedures.
- Contribute to improvements in notice-handling procedures and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Compliance (e.g., ACCA, B.Com, LLB, or specialized certifications in Compliance or US Taxation).
- Prior experience handling tax notices (especially US IRS/state notices) is highly preferred.
- Strong command of written English and ability to draft formal, professional responses.
- Solid research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with US tax systems, forms, deadlines, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online, payroll systems, and IRS online portals is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Urdu) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience working with US-based clients is a strong advantage.

- Conduct credit risk assessments for new and existing clients.
- Analyze financial statements, credit data, and market conditions to evaluate repayment capacity.
