Master in University in the field of Agriculture.

Bakhabar Kissan Platform provides services at multiple interfaces i.e. IVR, Helpline, SMS, Application & Website. The candidate deployed for this position will be required to master:

• Timely, accurate and proactive updation of Agricultural content on all the mentioned interfaces.
• Raise alarms to management and provide follow-up and rectification of the emerging issues/challenges.
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting & Analysis of the entire Bakhabar Kissan (BKK) platform (all the above-mentioned interfaces).
• Prepare Adhoc reports and presentations with regards to the platform.
• Standardize information across all channels.
• Lead a team of agricultural specialists handling:
  • Farmers’ queries on helpline.
  • Acquiring Mandi & Market Rates and updating on the respective BKK interfaces.
  • Catering to dynamic requirements of farmers and the agricultural BKK stakeholders.
• Take appropriate measures to conduct Quality Assurance & ensure Quality Control of the content provided at the interfaces as well as Adhoc & regular reports.
• Documentation (both regular and legal) covering but not limited to:
  • Technical Agreements/Contracts with Vendors & Partners.
  • Financial Agreements with Vendors & Partners.
  • Development and processing of MoU’s.
  • Keen follow-up & processing of the above & other needed documentation.

REQUIRED PRESENTATION SKILLS

• Should be proficient in Urdu & English (Multi-lingual resource will be preferred).
• Should be able to communicate proficiently while handling a crowd of audience.

• Design and develop core backend systems for secure, large-scale web applications, including authentication, access control, and network-aware services
• Build and integrate AI-powered services, such as agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and semantic search using vector databases
• Implement and scale data processing pipelines for real-time and batch workloads
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability
• Contribute high-quality code, conduct deep technical reviews, and advocate best practices
  
  

• 6+ years of backend or systems engineering experience, including large-scale production systems
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or similar backend languages
• Experience designing distributed systems using microservices, messaging queues, and event-driven architectures
• Familiarity with cloud-native development (AWS/GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, CDK)
• Exposure to secure system design, including auth flows and API hardening
• Understanding of data engineering or AI/ML integrations (e.g., RAG systems, vector stores) is a plus
• Strong system design skills with the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges
  
  

• Manage, support, and coordinate business and QA aspects of software development activities, utilizing AI tools for enhanced requirement analysis and QA of applications.
• Lead test strategy development, ensuring it aligns with the client's business objectives and incorporates AI.
• Research new tools and technologies including AI-based tools, and evaluate their usefulness for the team/company.
• Provide mentoring and on-the-job training for junior team members, emphasizing AI tool usage and best practices through learning activities and knowledge-sharing sessions, guiding them in both technical and client-facing skills.
• Develop, publish, and implement comprehensive AI-enhanced Test Plans, using AI-driven insights for optimal coverage.
• Inform the supervisor about what resources will be required for software testing.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle, leveraging AI for continuous feedback and improvement.
• Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies, keeping client expectations in mind.
• Develop and execute AI-enhanced automated test scripts for better accuracy and scalability.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities, incorporating AI.
• Participate in AI-assisted Manual/Automation QA Reviews for increased efficiency.

• 3-5 years of experience with strong hands-on experience in Test Automation frameworks (Python/Robot Framework/Pytest or similar).
• Master’s/ bachelor’s degree in CS or EE field.
• Solid knowledge of Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing, Switching, WiFi protocols (802.11 standards).
• Experience testing L2/L3 protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, etc.).
• Familiarity with Switching technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or similar).
• Hands-on with WiFi Access Points / Controllers and tools like IxChariot, Wireshark, iPerf.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments for automation and debugging.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
