Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

1. Maintain the GSC production network, including user access area, data center, and connectivity to multiple customers.
2. Support the GSC remote access to customer side, including providing the connectivity proposal, connectivity explanation and implementation, and supporting the connectivity reachability and stability for the entire life cycle of the remote access project.
3. Responsible for daily switch port and firewall policy requirements, network health checks, emergency planning, and drills.
4. Maintain documentation related to the network, such as IP address lists, CMDB, and connectivity information for each remote access project.
5. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues assigned to them.
6. Maintain accurate inventory of all hardware and software resources and parts.
7. Identify and effectively prioritize situations requiring urgent attention.
8. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
9. Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
10. Provide technical assistance to clients, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.

Qualification & Experience
