MSS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to manage a large-scale service delivery project in Sindh. Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Reporting:

  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality assurance of deliverables.

  • Support the integration of feedback from stakeholders into the final report.

Knowledge Management & Communication:

  • Develop Policy brief, talking points, press release as and when required. Coordinate the development of knowledge products, and communication materials related to the report.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Public Policy, or Development Studies.

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with provincial government institutions, civil society, and development partners in Sindh.

This role requires a highly organized, analytical individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of website functionality, responsiveness, and user experience across multiple platforms.

The QA Team Lead will ensure that every website and web application we deliver meets the company's quality standards, functions flawlessly across devices and browsers, and aligns with client requirements. They will manage the QA team, improve testing processes, and implement automation and AI-driven tools to enhance speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the QA team, ensuring thorough testing across all projects and CMS platforms.
  • Assign QA tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of test reports.
  • Develop and enforce QA SOPs, checklists, and testing standards for all website types.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and Designers to maintain workflow efficiency and alignment.
  • Participate in hiring and training QA team members to maintain a strong quality-focused culture.
  • Conduct regular reviews to identify and eliminate recurring quality issues.
  • Oversee and perform manual and automated testing across websites built on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, HubSpot, and custom PHP/HTML platforms.
  • Test across different browsers, devices, and resolutions (using tools such as BrowserStack or similar).
  • Validate responsiveness, functionality, forms, navigation, accessibility, and speed.
  • Verify adherence to design mockups, SEO basics, and performance benchmarks.
  • Ensure consistent user experience across CMS-based and custom projects.
  • Maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test cases, bug reports, and QA summaries.
  • Continuously review and refine QA processes to reduce turnaround time and improve coverage.
  • Implement AI-assisted tools and automation frameworks to enhance testing speed and precision.
  • Collaborate with the development team to define clear acceptance criteria for each project.
  • Work with PMs to ensure QA milestones are integrated into project timelines.
  • Suggest process or tool improvements to streamline QA operations.
  • Communicate clearly in written and spoken English with internal teams and clients when required.
  • Translate client feedback and bug reports into actionable QA tasks.
  • Join client meetings for QA presentations, clarification, or technical discussions when necessary.
  • Provide guidance to PMs and Sales on realistic QA timelines and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Website QA, including at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior QA role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience testing websites built on WordPress, and familiarity with Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to test and validate custom-coded websites (PHP/HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser testing, and basic SEO compliance.
  • Experience using testing and reporting tools (e.g., BrowserStack, Google Lighthouse, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies and CMS architecture to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with AI or automation tools for QA is a plus.
