What You’ll Lead and Deliver:
Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Administer and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines (VMs), virtual networks, storage, and backups. Configure and manage Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Tenant configuration and management. Manage Microsoft Intune for device management and ensure the integration of mobile and endpoint devices with Azure AD. Azure Entra-ID (Identity Management), manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. Manage Active Directory (on-premises) and Azure Active Directory synchronization, policies, and user access. Cloud Billing and License Management:
Administer cloud billing for Microsoft Azure and 365, ensuring cost optimization and monitoring of resource usage. Manage licensing for Microsoft 365 products and other cloud services, ensuring compliance and proper allocation of resources. Virtualization and vCenter Management:
Administer and maintain virtualized environments, including VMware vCenter and other relevant virtualization platforms. Monitor virtual machine performance and ensure high availability and scalability within the virtualized environment. Networking & Security:
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing, subnets, and VPNs. Understand basic cloud-based security concepts including firewalls, network security, and threat management. Antivirus and Patch Management:
Basic management of antivirus and endpoint protection within the cloud environment. Assist in managing patch deployments across virtual machines and endpoints to ensure security compliance. Helpdesk Support and Ticket Management:
Handle user helpdesk tickets related to cloud-based applications, Office 365, and other IT services. Provide technical support for issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, and software applications. Collaborate with IT teams to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-related technical issues promptly.
Requirements To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Azure and related cloud services (Office 365, Azure AD). Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and services. Experience in a multinational environment is a plus. Education:
BCS, MCS, Masters Discipline:
Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering Technical Competencies:
Proven expertise in
Microsoft Azure
administration, including VMs, networking, storage, and identity management (Azure AD). Hands-on experience with
Microsoft 365
(Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune). Knowledge of
cloud billing management
and license management for cloud products (Azure, Office 365, etc.). Strong working knowledge of
Active Directory
(on-premises) and
Azure Active Directory
(AD) integration, management, and synchronization. Experience with
vCenter

VMware virtualization
technologies. Basic understanding of networking principles, including VPNs, DNS, and TCP/IP. Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint protection software. Certifications (Preferred):

The primary responsibilities include oversight of the interconnection process for the project portfolio, evaluation of opportunities, rights, constraints, and congestion as they relate to projects and the broader renewable market. Job Type Full-time Responsibilities Provide strategic and technical input to Development, Commercial, Finance, Operations, EPC teams during project evaluation and investment phases. Interface with utilities on all calls and meetings. Lead technical and economic evaluation studies of solar, solar + storage projects, and microgrids; assist with market price analysis. Evaluate emerging renewable energy technologies, transmission, interconnection tariffs, costs, timelines, and processes across markets to provide strategic guidance. Collaborate with project teams to assess electrical interconnection requirements for community solar projects and analyze grid interconnection options and constraints. Stay informed of regulations related to interconnection standards and ensure compliance. Conduct grid impact studies and work with utilities and regulators to address challenges. Engage with utility companies, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate interconnection processes. Prepare and submit technical documentation for interconnection applications. Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless project integration and provide technical support during implementation. Investigate and resolve interconnection issues during project development, construction, or operation. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program. At least 5 years of experience in interconnection planning within North American energy markets. Support for interconnection applications and negotiations, including single line diagrams. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Power System Modeling, CYME, GE PSLF, PowerWorld, and related tools. Experience with OASIS/OATI, GE PSLF, PSSE, Gridview, ABB Velocity Suite, Power flow analysis, and NERC standards. Knowledge of PVsyst, Energy ToolBase, and transmission cost estimation. Experience working with utilities, ISO/RTOs, and regulators. Ability to read blueprints, specs, contracts, and purchase orders. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with construction management software like Procore. Preferred Education and Experience Two years overseeing civil design. NCEES Council Record.
