The role also involves leading the execution of Pack Lab related day-to-day activities, projects, and other business needs in compliance with regulatory GSK policies & standards of Safety & Quality underpinned by GSK Values & Expectations. The scope of the role is focused on delivering L&D and pack lab projects that support a specific functional area or site. The role covers the four key areas of capability development at GSK; technical and compliance, leadership, business skills and ensuring packaging compliance as per QMS standards. Education, Experience & Skills Pharm- D / Bachelors / Master’s degree / Science degree 4-5 years of experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change. The ability to deal with ambiguity – ready to change gears and plans quickly. Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Manager Develop in partnership with aligned L&D Business Partners the required function or site L&D strategy that clearly defines capability priorities aligned to the business agenda. Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with the business to clearly understand and define capability gaps utilizing diagnostic processes such as GEMBA, role analysis, focus groups, interviews, etc. Work with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to agree target populations, craft precise learning objectives, and clearly define the evaluation mechanisms and measures of success. Define the most effective learning mix (i.e. instructor led, e-Learning, blended learning, social learning) for the agreed target audience, applying the 70/20/10 principles and good instructional design within each learning project. Broker resources and/or capabilities across the GL&D function and business to develop agreed solutions i.e. Centre of Excellence support, partnering with business subject matter experts, technical workplace trainers. This includes interfacing with the external supply base where appropriate. Ensure learning & development solutions are developed and deployed using global frameworks, standards, systems, and processes. Support the delivery/facilitation of learning & development interventions where appropriate. Ensure the effective delivery & deployment of enterprise/business unit wide solutions and offerings i.e. leadership, business skills curricula within area of responsibility. Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of required local capability curricula i.e. technical and compliance curricula. Support the effective development, deployment, and embedding of required capability models and frameworks within area of responsibility and ensure these are ultimately aligned to the new GSK Capability Framework. Coach & advise line managers and employees on the GL&D service offerings, capability standards & their effective application. May lead or manage a small number of learning advisers and learning coordinators. Pack Management Lead Manage Pack laboratory activities and interact with stakeholders (internal and external) as necessary. Take the lead in working with other departments within the organization to solve both technical and process-related issues. Ensure that proper quality control systems and procedures are in place by monitoring and following up to ensure that packing components supplied are in line with standards. Ensure timely meetings with suppliers for on-line complaints and rejections in order to facilitate the supplier in CAPA to avoid recurrence in future supplies. Support Procurement, Logistics, and SQ.Ops for Supplier projects, supplier development, and Supplier QIPs. Ensure Artwork process implementation in Lab as per standards and regulatory requirements to avoid any Regulatory sanctions. Support Site stream packing leads, managers, and other stakeholders. Support compliance of QMS through level 2 audits. Review L1 Self Inspection process (Schedule, Execution, Reporting, Improvement). Handle/improve Pack Management laboratory KPI. Why GSK? Developing needs-based Professional Development and conducting one training session per term. Helping teachers to develop a respectful relationship with their students and a positive classroom culture, focusing on students who most need their support. Helping teachers to create a positive professional learning community, collaborating with and supporting their team members in pursuit of the shared vision of student excellence. Mentoring teachers with an open and empathetic, solution-focused approach.

Teacher Supervision and Evaluation (Performance Evaluation Report)

Ensuring Reflection logs are maintained and evaluate for quality. Ensuring Topics as Taught is maintained accurately. Ensuring teachers are attending and participating in planning meetings and professional development activities. Ensuring teachers are uploading complete Lesson Plans on time. Conducting 1 Observation of each teacher per term (announced and ungraded). Conducting 1 Observation of each teacher per term (unannounced and graded). Reviewing TOS and term-end assessments Reviewing 1 Lesson Plan per term per teacher. Re-checking copies for each teacher every 2 weeks, according to protocol and rubric Checking softboards for each teacher.

Reporting,Monitoring and Evaluation

Maintaining detailed records of training activities, teacher support and program evaluations. Preparing and submitting regular reports on the progress of students in subject and grade levels, including achievements and areas for improvement. Examining and analysing assessment data regularly to track student learning and identify areas of growth. Identifying areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance program delivery. Communicating regularly with the Project Managers and Director Academics on issues and activities.

Events and Remedials

Coordinating with Project Managers. Other Subject Leads, and Section Heads to arrange one annual activity (in or inter-school) to highlight the subject being taught. Attending school events, meetings, presentations and external sessions. Coordinating the remedial programs (curriculum, logistics etc.) for assigned grade levels.

Peer Observations

Moderating peer observations for teachers in assigned grade levels.

Professional Development

Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and advancements in teaching and learning of the assigned subject area.

Collaboration and Attitude

entre, North , Gilgit, you will play a central role in advancing quality education and professional development initiatives across Northern Pakistan, aligning efforts with the strategic objectives of AKU-IED. This role involves promoting regional and national partnerships, managing educational research projects, and ensuring sustainable impact through capacity-building programs. Responsibilities

You will be resposible to: provide direction for PDCN’s activities in line with AKU’s mission, including setting annual goals, planning projects, and evaluating outcomes to promote educational excellence; oversee and innovate PDCN’s professional development and certification programs aimed at educators, school leaders, and communities. This includes resource planning, budget management, and curriculum enhancement to address regional educational needs; lead applied research projects in key areas such as teacher development, curriculum enhancement, and policy influence, aiming to contribute significantly to educational discourse both regionally and nationally; build and strengthen collaborations with key stakeholders, including government agencies, academic institutions, NGOs, and local community organizations, to drive sustainable development and maximize program reach; ensure efficient management of PDCN’s operations, including human resources, financial administration, and compliance with AKU policies. Actively participate in resource mobilization efforts to support the centre's growth and impact; develop and implement fundraising strategies to secure grants, endowments, and partnerships that support the PDCN’s programmes and long-term sustainability; cultivate a positive organizational culture by providing mentorship, supporting professional growth, and fostering a collaborative environment for PDCN’s staff. Requirements

Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Management, or a closely related field; a PhD in Education or a relevant field is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in education, development, or a related sector, with proven expertise in program design, community engagement, and resource management. Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse workforce. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, reporting, and quality assurance. Demonstrated ability to conduct and oversee educational and development projects with a focus on practical applications. Proven skills in partnership building and stakeholder management at local and national levels. Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages and cultural context is highly desired.
