Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and via email
Input data into Excel and into an online database for processing e-commerce orders
Carry out any other reasonably assigned duties
Liaise with internal departments
Qualifications & Skills
Must have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Must have experience in customer service
Must be meticulous and pay attention to detail
Relevant experience includes (but is not limited to)
Call Centre Operative
Customer service advisor
Customer service in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic)
Worked in a clinical role and wanting to transition to customer service (e.g. Nutritionist/dietitian/various other clinical roles)
Work details
Office hours: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
This is an office-based role, and the office is based in Clifton/Karachi
Training & Start Training will be provided, and the job is available for immediate start.
