Responsibilities (Auto Insurance Role):
- Follow up on unpaid or pending auto insurance claims with providers and policyholders.
- Review and analyze claim denials, underpayments, or rejections; handle appeals or resubmissions when needed.
- Use insurance carrier portals, clearinghouses, and phone/email to resolve outstanding claim issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in claim management or CRM systems.
- Identify recurring issues or delays in claims and escalate them for process improvement.
- Collaborate with policy administration, underwriting, and claims processing teams to ensure timely and accurate claim resolutions.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in auto insurance or customer service.
