Executive - Content & Digital Marketing
to join our team. In this role, individual will be responsible for for executing paid digital campaigns, managing Interwood's social media content for the Pakistan market, and driving traffic and engagement through data-backed content performance. It also involves coordinating influencer operations and reporting digital KPIs regularly to optimize brand reach and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn in collaboration with designers and product teams Ensure timely publishing of content as per calendar and monitor daily execution Coordinate influencer content delivery and timelines; provide inputs on performance and engagement Independently execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns for awareness, engagement, and conversion objectives Track and optimize performance of campaigns using Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Microsoft Clarity Actively support seasonal product launches and web-based conversion campaigns through content and paid amplification Provide inputs on visual direction (e.g., shoots, reels) based on platform analytics and campaign performance Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance dashboards with key insights and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and social media content management Hands-on execution experience with Meta Ad Manager and Google Ads Strong understanding of platform insights (GA4, Meta Suite, Shopify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) Familiarity with influencer marketing processes and execution Capable of managing creative timelines and coordinating with designers Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach to content
