to transform raw data into strategic growth insights that drive real business decisions. This isn't just about building dashboards for reporting—we need someone who extracts knowledge from data and makes recommendations that directly impact our business trajectory. In this role, you'll be the analytical brain behind our marketing performance optimization efforts. You'll uncover growth opportunities from complex datasets, analyze experiment effectiveness, and provide insights that guide internal teams and external agency partners toward better results. You'll work across all touchpoints—website visitors, LinkedIn interactions, Google Ads clicks, email subscribers—creating automated workflows that turn every interaction into actionable intelligence. LineSlip Solutions . We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our innovative SaaS-based insurance mining platform. We have experienced record growth and are excited to expand the team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), deep learning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). This role requires hands-on experience with containerized workflows (e.g., Docker), Azure cloud services, and LLM optimization tools such as Unsloth. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying models with large context windows to drive value for our insurance clients. This is a direct hire role only; no third parties or agencies. Candidates from Pakistan, India, and Argentina are encouraged to apply. All candidates will be required to take an automated test, followed by a whiteboard session. The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English. This is a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities:
Fine-tune and deploy large-scale LLMs (e.g., GPT, OPT, Llama, Falcon) to extract insights from structured and unstructured insurance data (e.g., policy documents, claims data). Leverage transfer learning and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT) to optimize performance for specific tasks, such as document summarization and claims processing. Implement large-context-window models to handle long insurance documents, improving query accuracy in complex data extractions. Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems:
Develop RAG pipelines to enhance LLM performance by integrating with external knowledge sources (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Azure Cognitive Search). Implement query encoding and embedding models for more accurate and contextual RAG queries. Optimize embedding-based document search for large insurance databases using vector databases. Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and Docker Compose for reproducible training and inference workflows. Deploy and orchestrate LLMs in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Machine Learning (AML). Implement distributed training workflows for large LLMs using Azure Databricks, DeepSpeed, or Ray. Model Performance & Monitoring:

Education and Experience: · 5+ Years of Experience in an Enterprise Data Warehouse Environment, and development of BI solutions in a BI platform (Frontend: IBM Cognos BI suite) and/or ETL tools (Backend: Informatica PowerCenter) · Solid Understanding of Data Warehouse Architecture and Data Modeling · Awareness of best practices in Enterprise Data Warehousing · Knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA ERP data model, using SAP ERP as a source system for the Data Warehouse; ideally also knowledge of JD Edwards or any other ERP-systems Competencies: · Very good SQL programming (preferred: Oracle PLSQL), and Data Warehouse modeling skills · Informatica and/or Cognos BI suite · Knowledge about SAP CDS-Views · Database Operations with Oracle and HANA DB · Fluent in English language
