Main Responsibilities- To ensure smooth and efficient functioning of electronics equipment installed in various section of plant
- To ensure implementation of safety guidelines for all electronic instruments and machines
- To maintain the GMP / 5S of his area.
- To ensure proper working of panels at plant within compliance.
- Troubleshooting of electronic equipment’s installed at plant.
- Collaborate with production staff as well as OEMs for system maintenance and improvements.
- Maintain and update inventory of all equipment related to PLCs and instrumentation
- To ensure log books are properly filled, reviewed and corrective measures are taken
- To prepare daily weekly and monthly maintenance plans.
- To perform Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding equipment /accessories of relevant areas.
- To keep updated system backups.
- To give timely information about Spare Parts requirement to Supervisor.
- Work on EUR, WUR and other improvement projects.
- To follow capability development program.
- Should follow QMS, Food Safety and HSE management system.

Job Identification
We are looking for a Supply Chain Associate to be part of our Supply Chain team in KPK.
What We Expect
- Lead operator and qualified operator’s development and training on quality, H&S, operation procedures, and instructions.
- Assess development areas and training needs.
- Distribute daily work among operators based on production planning demands.
- Work in accordance with machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions and procedures to ensure quality and efficient production. Manage and direct product changes as per procedures.
- Perform daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot malfunctions, and record them according to procedures. Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area following GMP and 6S rules.
- Train all line operators on quality, maintenance, safety, and operational procedures.
- Participate in internal audits and GMP practices, ensuring corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities.
- Ensure waste segregation and proper disposal in designated waste areas.
- Keep failure/stop records of machines in SAP, report nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare raw material and auxiliary material demands.
- Record work activities using SAP maintenance and production modules.
- Ensure proper operation of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.
- Support the development of operators and monitor their annual leave and overtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
