Role Description

· Responsible for physical visits to vendors as and when required for purchasing in the absence of designated purchase officer.

· Prepare & send request for quotation (RFQ) for various vendors (at least three vendors).

· Prepare comparison statement of different vendors when required.

· Update vendors detail in ERP system.

· Internal & External Complaint Close out.

· Make Audit visit plans according to category and schedule visit according to visit plans.

· Make Supplier audit reports on every visit of supplier and share with the HOD.

· Periodic supplier evaluation over cost, time, quality and payment terms.

· Trend analysis of complaints and rejection of purchases.

· Generate reports regarding payments and purchasing.

· Perform co-ordination with management by making daily reports.

· Ensure Compliance of all HSE, HACCAP, ISO 22000/9001/14000 & 45001 related guidelines related to his area of responsibility.
