· Strong Excel, Software, Networking, ERP systems, and communication.

· Analytical, organized, detail oriented, and a good team player.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Technician to join our IT team.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems across the organization.

You will provide technical support to staff, ensuring efficient and secure IT operations to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end users.
  • Provide first-line support via phone, email, remote access, or in person.
  • Set up new user accounts, workstations, and access permissions in line with company policies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software.
  • Monitor IT systems for performance, security, and availability.
  • Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, procedures, and support activities.
  • Assist in managing inventory of IT assets, including tracking and ordering equipment.
  • Support IT/Technical projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.
  • Ensure data backups and disaster recovery protocols are functioning as required.
  • Stay current with new technologies and best practices in IT support.
