3. Experience in leading programs; NPI, cost reduction, standard costs, inventory logistics/freight-forwarding.
4. Experience in identifying and managing opportunities to reduce COGS.

3. Understand the normal workflow within a factory from receiving sales order, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality assurance to final delivery to customer.
