Role Description

The Civil Engineering Consultant will oversee the planning, design review, and execution of the hospital construction project. This role is crucial in ensuring that all engineering aspects of the project meet the required healthcare standards, budget constraints, and timeline goals. The consultant will serve as a key technical advisor and liaison between design teams, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

·  Lead and supervise all engineering aspects of the hospital construction project.

·  Coordinate and review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans with architects, engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with healthcare design standards, functional requirements, and regulatory guidelines for seamless project execution.

·  Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant regulatory codes, hospital safety standards, and healthcare infrastructure guidelines.

·  Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources specific to engineering and construction deliverables.
