Role is responsible for driving key Global initiatives in Serialization space with focus on Regulatory Serialization, Track & Trace, Aggregation, Anticounterfeit and UDI Regulations. • Manage a team / work closely with internal/external resources to deploy Serialization solutions across Factories and Markets covering Level 1 to Level 5.
• End to end ownership of the Serialization Solutions (particularly Level 3 and Level 4) from roadmap, deployment to adoption and support throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse the needs, define, and align product roadmap and help it to reach its strategic goal.
• Define and drive overall product vision and strategy together with Global Stakeholders.

Industry/ Functional Experience

• 6-14 years of strong domain expertise in IT Applications/Platforms in Regulatory Serialization, Track & Trace, UDI, Anticounterfeit space.
• Hands on of Track & Trace/ Regulatory Serialization Solutions (Level 3 & Level 4) both from factory and market side.
• Preferred IT Implementation experience for Reg. Serialization Solutions (Level 3 and Level 4).
• Understanding of Serialization Regulations like Russian Regulations, EUDAMED, US-FDA, UDI Regulations etc. would be a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of Manufacturing Processes, IT Systems involved in Manufacturing/Supply Chain, High-Level Architecture and Interfaces.
• Product Management/ Product Ways of Working - Experience in SAFe methodologies would be an advantage.
