- Plan, prepare, review, and update basic design documents (e.g., signalling layout, control table, OBC drawings) in accordance with client requirements, technical specifications of the contract, and company procedures.
- Prepare replies to PR correspondence and fulfill the client's needs according to contract and company procedures.
- Ensure the on-time delivery of error-free software in advance of the commencement of testing activities at the site.
- Ensure the on-time delivery of safety certificates one month post-commissioning of the station.
- Assist the basic design team in creating design documents, specifically As-Built drawings.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
- Experience:
5 years, including 3 years in railway signalling/engineering.
- Job specific skills:
Railway signalling, computer-based interlocking, fault troubleshooting, advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office, analyzing information, general math skills, reporting research results, drafting, analytical tools, basic design knowledge, especially signalling layout and control table.

They mainly work in the sectors of renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro power and battery storage), and within the oil and gas sector. The Karachi team works together with the team in Norway. As a candidate, you should be self-driven and able to take the lead while also being comfortable working in a team and collaborating with others.
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for configuring and deploying a SCADA solution based on project requirements, including parameter setup, tag mapping, and basic customization to ensure proper integration with field devices and systems.
- Responsible for conducting thorough internal testing to validate system functionality, followed by external testing with clients to ensure compliance with project requirements and expectations.
- Working closely with engineering, product development, and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing procedures to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within the system to ensure reliable and continuous operation.

Wanted qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Review project technical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and costing sheets provided by the Estimation and Sales teams.
- Conduct detailed handover meetings with the Estimation and Sales teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and cost structure.
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure the project design aligns with the approved budget and scope.
- Develop and submit the project schedule to the client in line with contractual timelines.
- Review and validate design documents; coordinate with the client for approvals, submissions, and any necessary variations.
- Ensure all client comments and feedback are properly incorporated into the project design by coordinating with the Design team.
- Verify that all components issued for procurement align with approved designs and client expectations.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to manage alternatives and design changes, ensuring all modifications are approved by the client.
- Liaise with the Planning team to ensure accurate scheduling and effective project control measures.
- Work closely with the Production team and external vendors to resolve any production-related issues affecting project delivery.
- Coordinate with the client for scheduling and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
- Ensure that all client comments and observations during inspections are addressed and communicated effectively.
- Manage project delivery logistics and ensure timely delivery in accordance with client expectations.
- Support the client during installation and commissioning, and address any related issues or after-sales service requirements.
- Follow up with clients for payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
