3. Experience in leading programs; NPI, cost reduction, standard costs, inventory logistics/freight-forwarding.
4. Experience in identifying and managing opportunities to reduce COGS.
5. Experience working with complex products and multi-product environments in a Textile or Automobile Environment.
6. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
7. Rough and tough personality with outstanding management skills.

The supply chain involves the

Supervise loading, delivering and unloading of materials. Complete and process necessary paperwork; maintain records. Maintain location of inventory. Record supplies in stock and delivery notes. Assist in preparing document materials and supplies disposition by recording items shipped. Supervise finished stock for shipment by identifying, tagging, weighing/scaling, packing, crating, loading and securing product. Maintain material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections of equipment; ensuring equipment repairs.
