Lead the full procurement lifecycle, including requirements definition, market analysis, supplier qualification, RFP/RFQ issuance, bid evaluation, complex negotiation, and contract finalization.
Establish, maintain, and rigorously manage a high-performing supplier base, implementing continuous improvement and quality assurance programs.
Manage procurement for foreign (international) and local (domestic) materials and services, ensuring compliance with all trade regulations, customs procedures, tariffs, and duties.
Technical and Quality Compliance:

Financial Management & Compliance:
Drive significant cost-reduction initiatives, track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Purchase Price Variance (PPV), supplier performance, and savings against targets.
