Supervise and manage the logistics team and day-to-day operations. Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution. Resolve logistics issues such as delays, shortages, or damages. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Identify areas for improvement and implement process innovations to enhance delivery performance and reduce costs. Maintain and analyze logistics KPIs to improve department performance. Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production departments for seamless supply chain coordination. Utilize SAP or other ERP systems for logistics planning, inventory tracking, and reporting. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent knowledge of logistics software, with SAP experience preferred. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate subcontractor performance against key metrics to maintain high-quality service.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, freight rates, and regulations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
