What You'll Do
Sourcing & Vetting: Find and evaluate new transport subcontractors across various European countries to expand the client's network.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Secure favorable rates and terms with subcontractors. You'll draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and clear expectations.
Operational Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for subcontractors, ensuring transport requests are efficiently matched and executed.
Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate subcontractor performance against key metrics to maintain high-quality service.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, freight rates, and regulations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
Experienced: You should have a proven background in logistics, procurement, or a related field, with direct experience in sourcing and managing transport subcontractors.
