Loading Arrange for labor (loading and unloading) in case the client required this service, maintain their record and handle all the related tasks. Coordinate the information of loading from the driver to client. Give instruction / training to work force about how to load the cargo Optimize the Load time and unload time. In transit operations Respond to vehicle accidents and assist driver at scene. Respond to on road breakdowns and repair or replace needed part in order to put vehicle back in service or drive back to shop for further

repairs. Monitoring the vehicle movement and follow up from origin to

destination. Handle all in-transit queries of driver. Continuously update the customer about their cargo status while it is on the way. Key Responsibilities

  • Support supplier identification, research, and onboarding
  • Assist in product sourcing and procurement activities
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse teams
  • Track and manage the order cycle from placement to delivery
  • Liaise with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (due to team composition)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline (completed)
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain concepts is required
  • Completion of supply chain-related courses or certifications is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is a must)
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
  • Must be based in Karachi and able to work on-site in DHA Phase 6
  • Available to join immediately
