Education:
MBBS and preferably an MBA or other related specialization in medical care management.
Experience:

Strong interpersonal skills, inter- and intra-professional/group communication skills, conflict resolution, and operational management/supervision skills. - Conduct educational and training sessions for trainees and fellow technologists on a regular basis, aiming to enhance their technical skills and improve patient care delivery while ensuring accurate results
- Collaborate with the biomedical department as needed for equipment repair and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Establish effective communication with physicians to facilitate the timely reporting of procedures and maintain a smooth workflow
- Be prepared for late sittings or on-call duties in case of emergencies, with appropriate compensation provided in the form of staggered hours.
You should have:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Science along with successful completion of a 24-month training course in cardiopulmonary diagnostic technology at AKU or an equivalent institution
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in a recognized hospital
- Proficiency and thorough knowledge of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic technology procedures

- Knowledge of electrical equipment like MCC (Motor Control Centre) panel and PCC (Power Control Center) panel, power distribution systems, lighting systems, audio-visual equipment, fire alarm system, and nurse-call system.
- Extensive knowledge about plant preventive maintenance systems.
- Good communication skills with command over the English language.
- Ability to effectively work independently as well as in teams and perform shift duties.
