- Analyze functional problems and determine feasible techniques/requirements for expedited solutions.
- Configure servers, perform backups, and ensure full system readiness.
- Utilize network management tools (e.g., SolarWinds) to monitor, evaluate, and report on WAN/LAN health statistics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks and connected devices.
- Provide support for Windows systems administration, including multiple Windows OS variants, virtualization technologies, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Manage the diagnosis, operation, administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Remedy Trouble-Ticket system.
